OVERVIEW

Vine is a cozy, music-focused bar in Long Beach, California, with a casual atmosphere and a curated vibe centered around beer, wine, and live vinyl DJ sets. Vine needed a logo and assets that felt playful, nostalgic, and memorable.

CHALLENGE

The owners wanted a logo and assets that felt unique, community-centered, and aligned with their love of analog music and easygoing hospitality without feeling overly polished or generic.

APPROACH

I developed a groovy, retro logo using hand-drawn typography and illustrations for print collateral including matches and menu.
